The Broker

Miami's broker, on the record

Michael Travin is a licensed Florida real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty in Miami Beach, and the founder and owner of Resident Magazine. This platform — realestate.resident.com — is his: every listing here is presented under his brokerage, and every inquiry reaches him directly.

He works the market this site covers: Miami Beach and the barrier islands, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, and the waterfront corridor through Broward and Palm Beach. Buyers get the full MLS picture, not one firm's inventory; sellers get Resident's audience across our markets in front of their home.

Buying or selling in Miami, start with a conversation.
